I was (am) beyond excited!! This thing is so cool!! I made a video showing it off and how to use it, check it out below….

So by now you should be as fascinated by this contraption as I am. Sooooo COOL!!! And the options seem endless. Need to relax? Diffuse some Peace and Calming. Need to focus and get to work? Try Peppermint. Got a house full of sickies? Diffuse some Thieves to knock that out!! Bad odors getting you down? No worries, Purification is here to save the day!

Like I said, endless options.

Your next question should be “How do I get a super duper cool Young Living Home Diffuser like you, Carolyn??!!!!”

I’m glad you asked.

There are 2 ways to get a super duper cool Young Living Home Diffuser like me.

First- you can click here, go to the product line, and order your diffuser at full price. Quick. Easy. Done.

Second- you can click here, select a starter kit, become a Young Living Independent Distributor, and receive a $40 off coupon for any diffuser + wholesale pricing.

Considering the most you have to spend on a starter package is $40.00, you are basically getting your money back with the $40 coupon, not to mention the GREAT wholesale prices. It’s a pretty sweet deal. There’s no pressure to sell anything as a distributor, but it makes it a whole lot easier to share the healing benefits of Young Living Essential Oils!

If you have any questions or comments on how you diffuse your Young Living essential oils, leave me a comment!!

Peanut butter smoothie!!!

I loooooove peanut butter. Like, really.

I also love smoothies. Particularly green smoothies with spinach. Flavorless when blended with other ingredients, but full of healthy stuff and tints your smoothie green. That’s just awesome.

On the flip side, I’m not a huge fan of working out. I got a gym membership, and it quickly fizzled into going to yoga class once a week. Because yoga doesn’t make me sweat. Okay, well, I sweat a little… but…. you get the point.

Tonight I decided to work out. Springtime is coming and it’s time to get in shape!! (ha…)

There’s a website that posts workout videos that I used to follow and do the workouts. If you are interested, it’s http://www.bodyrock.tv. Because of the immodesty and sexual nature of a lot of the work out titles and screen shots, I don’t really “promote” this website, and I actually quit following it for several months because it was getting continually worse. It does offer some great, short HIIT workouts that you can do at home with no equipment, and for that reason I decided to try it again today.

ANYWAY… I digress.

So, I tried this 12 minute workout. Which morphed into a 9 minute workout because I died.

I had been laying on the floor for about 5 minutes when I finally caught my breath and immediately began craving a smoothie. That’s what I find funny and quite convenient about working out- I tend to crave healthy stuff. It works out pretty well, I just wish it lasted longer…

Well, I finally got my sweaty self off the floor and into the kitchen to make my smoothie. My spinach smoothie. My spinach-peanut butter-oatmeal smoothie. And it was delicious. Absolutely delicious.

I know you want the recipe now, so here it is…

1 cup of oatmeal, blended into a powder before adding the other ingredients

1 1/2 c. vanilla yogurt

2.5 frozen bananas, broken into chunks

1 c. milk

1 c. peanut butter

1 c. baby spinach

Sprinkle some cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger on top, and blendddddd

It may sound gross, but let me tell you…. this smoothie is delicious!! Especially if you love peanut butter. I shared it with my 2 year old brother, with some leftover for me to drink for breakfast.

Between the oatmeal and peanut butter this smoothie is SOOO filling. It was my dinner after my “work out”, and I feel great!!

Here’s to smoothies!! And working out…. maybe….
